![]() ![]() Coordinate and consult with identified stakeholders on the development, implementation, and maintenance of NAS Operational capabilities, plans, data, automation concepts and capabilities, and processes.Analyze ATO Watch Officer (AWO) tactical NAS disruption events and report findings.Support the review and recommend updates for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Support the development of strategic plans and strategies that describe how the ATCSCC can remain effective in the changing aviation environment.Conduct assessment(s) of current and future automation aids and related operational processes that support the ATCSCC.Identify and address operational risks related to development of new policy and procedures in support of interactions among FAA, ATO, and Industry Stakeholders.Provide Air Traffic expertise to effectively prepare for, respond to, and recover from significant events/incidents in the NAS.Provide Air Traffic and Traffic Management expertise on a wide array of initiatives (e.g., Space Operations, UAS, Joint Air Traffic Operations Command (JATOC), Plan/Execute/Review/Train/Improve (PERTI).Candidates for these positions must have held the position of CPC ATCS, Operations Supervisory/Manager, Traffic Management Coordinator, Supervisory Traffic Management Coordinator, National Traffic Management Specialist, National Traffic Management Officer, National Operations Manager, Support Manager, or Staff Support Specialist within the last 10 years. Previous experience working at the ATCSCC is required. These position are for an upcoming bid in support of the Air Traffic Control System Command Center.Ĭandidates for the Air Traffic Control (ATC) Specialist at the Air Traffic Control System Command Center (ATCSCC) must have minimum of 15 years of CPC ATCS experience in a civilian ATCT, TRACON, or ARTCC, or other equivalent civilian facility.
